Threat Assessment Team Training

BASIC THREAT ASSESSMENT TEAM TRAINING

This training provides an overview of the principles of threat assessment and management, assessing and managing risk, and how to develop a new team. It is appropriate for anyone tasked with setting up or participating on a threat assessment/management team.

Threat Assessment - Communication

People experience fear and anxiety when a threat emerges in their community or system. Communicating risk under these circumstances can be challenging. This training introduces risk communication strategies appropriate for use by threat assessment teams.

Threat Management Training

This advanced training includes information and case scenarios to help teams manage cases over time. Emphasis is placed on coordinating management strategies with community resources.
